Dr. Fischer graduated from UAB Medical School, is board certified in Family Medicine, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas in Austin. Dr. Fischer also serves as the medical provider for The Foundry Rescue Mission and Recovery Center of Bessemer, Alabama. He is committed to providing compassionate and affordable health care to patients of The Foundry and the local community.
