As part of our continued care of services, we provide one-on one pastoral care where patients can receive prayer, encouragement, and will be pointed toward biblical truth for every situations and circumstances they are going through. We also offer small groups as a means for our patients to grow and develop spiritually, as well as get in healthy community.  To speak to someone about our pastoral care services and community groups, please call (205) 380-9438.

At Christ Health center we are committed to not only seeing the sick well, but the well-made whole.  We understand that an individual’s health is made up by more than just their physical well-being, and it is our goal to help eliminate as many barriers to our patients reaching their optimum level of wellness as possible.  As part of these efforts, we provide case management services to work in collaboration with the medical professionals in order to assist our patients with the following:

  • Determination of needs
