Appointments

Established Appointment

Established Appointments are for patients who have already come in for a New Patient visit and are coming back for services on the treatment plan they were provided. Established patients are asked to come in to their visit 15 minutes early in order to be checked in before their appointment time. However, if they need to update yearly information, then they will be asked to come in 30 minutes early.  We do not apply a fee for patients that no-show their visits, but we do ask for a courtesy call 2 days before your visit it you cannot keep it. We will allow 2 no shows. After the second no-show, however, we will only book same-day appointments based on availability. A courtesy call for appointment cancellations allows us the opportunity to help others.
