Pediatric Patients

We offer a comfortable environment to give your child a positive experience at the dentist. We offer an array of dental services for children of all ages and accept most major insurances. Please call our office to schedule your child’s dental visit.


Adult Patients

You must be an established medical patient at Christ Health to schedule a dental appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment; this will ensure our team can see you at your scheduled time. If you must complete additional paperwork, our office may request you to arrive sooner.

New Patient Information

Treatment Plan Appointments

Treatment Plan Appointments are available to established medical patients only, and we require them before cleaning or non-emergency dental procedures. Once the initial visit is complete, the dentist will compose a treatment plan which can vary in type and price and may include a dental cleaning.

For any patients experiencing pain, infection, or swelling of an individual tooth, we offer Emergency Appointments, as described below.


Emergency Appointments

Emergency appointments are available to established medical patients only. These visits are for patients experiencing pain, infection, or swelling and want same-day treatment for the affected tooth. We perform an exam and x-ray of the affected tooth and propose the appropriate treatment. Following the Emergency Appointment, the patient can return another day to complete a Treatment Planning Appointment.


Uninsured Patients

“For patients without dental insurance, we offer a Sliding Scale discount based on eligibility requirements. You will need to bring proof of income for yourself, spouse, and children under 19 years old to take advantage of the Sliding Scale discount. Please call the dental clinic at (205) 380-9446 for any questions regarding visit/procedure fees and cost.


Insured Patients

Please check with your dental insurance company for information about your deductible and copays for basic and major services. Please come prepared to pay these out-of-pocket costs at the time of your visit.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Please give us two days’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment. A courtesy call for appointment cancellations allows us the opportunity to help others. We do not apply a fee to no-show visits, but we will not allow patients to schedule appointments after three no-shows.
