We offer a comfortable and enjoyable environment to give your child a positive experience at the dentist. We offer an array of dental services for children of all ages and accept most major insurances. Please call our office to schedule your child’s dental visit.
You must be an established medical patient at Christ Health in order to schedule a dental appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment; this will help us make sure you are seen at your scheduled appointment time. If you must complete additional paperwork, our office may request you to arrive sooner.New Patient Information
Treatment Plan Appointments
Treatment plan appointments are available to established medical patients only and are required prior to cleaning or non-emergency dental procedures. Once the initial visit is complete, the dentist will compose a treatment plan which may include a dental cleaning which can vary in type and price.
For any patients experiencing pain, infection, or swelling of an individual tooth, we offer Emergency Appointments, as described below.
Emergency appointments are available to established medical patients only. These visits are for patients experiencing pain, infection, or swelling and want same-day treatment for the affected tooth. We perform an exam and x-ray of the affected tooth and propose the appropriate treatment. Following the Emergency Appointment, the patient can return another day to complete a Treatment Planning Appointment.
For patients without dental insurance, we offer a Sliding Scale discount. You will need to bring proof of income for yourself, spouse and children under 18 years old to take advantage of the Sliding Scale discount.
The fee for a Treatment Plan Appointment is $40-$44. You will receive a treatment plan that lists the services needed, along with the associated prices based on the Sliding Scale you qualify for. The fee for the Emergency Appointment is $65-$69.
If you have dental insurance, please check with your insurance company to see what your deductible is and what your copay will be for basic and major services. Please come prepared to pay these out-of-pocket costs at the time of your visit.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?
Please give us 2 days’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment. A courtesy call for appointment cancellations allows us the opportunity to help others. We do not apply a fee to no-show visits, but after the second no-show you will only be allowed to schedule same-day appointments.
